Our Services
With our excellent and dedicated team we provide to the satisfaction of participants and their family a variety of support services.
Supported Independent Living
With our independent Living accommodation option, you have a choice over where you want to live and who you live with, either a friend, family, or other NDIS participants. You also have the option of living with our support staff or a preferred support worker of your choice
Community Participation
Our friendly staff supports you to access social and community services and events. We dedicate our time consciously for you to have a healthy social interaction with family, friends, and community.
Community Nursing
We provide excellent community nursing service. Our professional nurses assist you in your home with medication administration, wound dressing, health assessment, checking vitals signs (including blood pressure), checking blood glucose, health education, vaccinations, and managing your care plan.
Travel/ Transportation
We provide you with all your travel and transportation needs. We transport you in clean, decent, comprehensively insured vehicles. Our dedicated staff hold clean full Australian driver license. Attend your appointments without disappointment. Catch up with friends, participant in other social and community activities without stress. We are there to make transportation easier and safer for you.
Domestic Assistance/ Daily Activity
We are committed to connecting our dedicated staff to support participants with their activities of daily living. We assist in meal preparation, gardening, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, moping, cleaning toilet, changing bed linen etc.
Life Skills Development
We believe in empowering participants to seize their independence and achieve fulfillment in every aspect of life. Our array of services is designed to cater to your specific needs, whether it is mastering the art of cooking and budgeting, gaining proficiency in using public transport and technology, or honing your communication skills. We provide personalised support that fosters resilience and encourages healthy lifestyle choices, ensuring you're equipped to navigate life with confidence and self-assurance.
Short & Medium Term Accommodation
With Supported Disability Accommodation, we provide suitable homes which has all the facilities to support your accommodation or special needs. Our homes conform to NDIA standards: Improved Livability, Fully Accessible, High Physical Support, and Robust.
Group/ Centre Activities
We bring together participants to foster stronger communication and social skills while engaging in a vibrant array of enriching activities. Led by seasoned experts, our programs offer a supportive environment where like-minded individuals can connect and thrive. Support Coordination
With our level 1 & 2 support coordination, we help you connect with friends, community services, and financial support to make the most of your plan and achieve your goals. We teach you the skills to understand and use your plan effectively. Together, we find the right mix of support to help you maintain relationships, handle service tasks, live more independently, and be part of your community.
